Is this TIPS Training?

No. TIPS is a brand name for a responsible service of alcohol class. My responsible service of alcohol class is listed with the State as Tom Regan Responsible Vendor Training. I am approved by the Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division for both in-person and live-streaming classes.

Do I have to take the class every two years, or can I recertify?

If you took my course the last time and your certificate is just expiring, yes you can just take the test and recertify. I do not recommend this as I do believe that a little refresher is always a good idea.
