I offer Certified Food Protection Manager classes and certifications, utilizing the trusted ServSafe® program from the National Restaurant Association. This ANSI-accredited course includes the latest textbook and exam materials to ensure that participants are fully prepared to maintain the highest food safety standards in their establishments. About the class
Cost of the class is $200.00 per person paid in advance.
Cost includes the textbook and proctored exam.
The ServSafe Manage textbook will be provided prior to the class
 Class will be a 4 hour review of the ServSafe Manager book
The test will follow immediately after class. Everyone is allotted 2 hours to complete the test. 
Testing will be done on your laptop, tablet or cell phone. It is a 90-question multiple choice test. You will get an immediate pass or fail upon completing the test. A certificate will be emailed to you.
Paper tests are available if requested 2 weeks in advance
Depending on your familiarity with food safety concepts and your comfort level with taking tests, I do recommend studying.
There are two practice tests that might also help you prepare. 
The printable practice test comes with an answer sheet so you can check your answers. This test is a companion to the book as well and will point you to the areas in the book relevant to that question and answer.
The online practice test is quick and easy, and you can do it as often as you like.
On the day of the class, you will be given 2 hours to complete the test. Please do not rush the test, take the full 2 hours if you need.
This is ServSafe®   from the National Restaurant Association.  This is State approved, and ANSI accredited.
