Visible intoxication: a perceptible act or series of actions, including behavioral changes that present a clear sign of intoxication; swaying, staggering, slurred speech, loud boisterous inappropriate behavior.

• “Visible Intoxication” may not be apparent until the person has a BAC of .1 - .15!
•Legal Intoxication is .05
•DWAI is .05 - .07
•A DUI is .08 or higher
•When you see “visible signs” of intoxication, you should be concerned.
