Approved by the Colorado Department of Revenue Liquor Enforcement Division, this Colorado Responsible Service of Alcohol Program is a fast paced, engaging class. This is a 2 1/2 hour class followed by a 40 question test. Attendees  passing the test receive a 3 year certificate       (valid in Colorado only).

This is a 9 hour, accredited course, including test time. Attendees passing the test receive a 5 year Certificate from the National Restaurant Associations "ServSafe" program.

Know the Temperature Danger Zone

 **The temperature of food products must ALWAYS be controlled

**Food must be held HOT after cooking at 135°F or higher

**Cool foods must be kept COLD at 41°F or below

**Bacteria grow rapidly in food in the temperatures between 

41°F-135°F and very rapidly above 75°F
