My Goal is to provide you with affordable, hassle free, quality training. Classes are currently "on demand" at this time. To schedule a class, contact me with possible times and dates that would work for you. I will follow up quickly with you to get your training scheduled ASAP. In-person or Live-Streaming options are available. I am located in Western Colorado, but I am available Statewide, and I am available 7 days a week. Morning / early afternoon works best for me, but I am flexible.

Approved by the Colorado Department of Revenue Liquor Enforcement Division, this Colorado Responsible Service of Alcohol Program is a fast paced, engaging class. This is a two-hour class followed by a test. Testing is done with an online platform. Attendees need to have a smart phone, tablet, or laptop to take the test.
Attendees passing the test receive a 2-year certificate (valid in Colorado only).

Food Safety is in YOUR Hands
A 3-hour food safety basics class for the whole staff, includes job specific training. Usually done on premises, I include a tour of the operation with your staff and focus on critical points of potential contamination.

Certified Food Protection Manager course.
THIS IS A GUIDED, SELF STUDY COURSE.
• Upon registration we will provide a textbook & Practice test.
• The student must study the book and complete the practice test.
• When the practice test is complete, we will provide additional testing and homework
• A few days ahead of the test day we will have a one-hour meeting, in person or live streaming, to discuss the material and any concerns.
• On the day of the test {IN PERSON ONLY!} The testing session will consist of a one-hour review and two hours to complete the test.

**Food must be held HOT after cooking at 135°F or higher
**Cool foods must be kept COLD at 41°F or below
**Bacteria grow rapidly in food in the temperatures between
41°F-135°F and very rapidly above 75°F
