For many years Juicy Lucy’s Steakhouse has been sending the front of the house staff to Tom Regan’s Responsible Service of Alcohol classes. They all thoroughly enjoy the classes and feel much more comfortable understanding the laws regarding the service of alcohol. Tom also offers the state health department food handling classes as well as offering support for those taking the difficult classes as well as always being available to his clients to answer questions and offer guidance.
