Certified Food Protection Manager Certification
I hold certification from the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe program. This class is a lively, four-hour session that thoroughly covers the content found in the ServSafe Managers book. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate valid for five years issued by ServSafe. Please note that this is an in-person only class; I am not permitted to conduct this course or administer the exam through live streaming.
